Empowering Your Immune System

I’m going to open this post with a very timely and innovative story about what has come to be called “Energy Medicine.” Then I will comment on the video clip and talk about “Energy Healing,” an altogether different story. Here’s the TED video clip.

DR. ROYAL RIFE’S CANCER CURE

This technology had its debut in the 1930’s with its inventor Dr. Royal Rife (1888-1971) in Southern California. He not only invented the wave generator that produced the exact frequency needed to blast cancer cells, he built a complex and elaborate microscope that could figure out the precise frequency of the cancer cells. His experiment with cancer patients sent to him by medical doctors was so successful – 100% successful – that it posed an existential threat to the then upcoming medical and drug industry. So dire was the threat that his lab was burned down and his equipment destroyed, leading to his “tragic demise at the hands of the AMA, led by their attack dog Morris Fishbein, and ultimately the FDA’s police actions.” He died a pauper somewhere south of the border in Mexico.  A sad ending for a great soul’s earthly journey. Rife technology resurfaced, thanks to the Internet, some years ago and is being used by alternative healthcare practitioners worldwide.  Medical science has no right to claim “discovery” of this technology.  

HIDDEN CAVEAT

There is a caveat hidden within this technology, however, which the good professor did not address; probably isn’t even aware of it. Here is the big caveat: Auto-Immune Disease Syndrome (AIDS) can result from blasting cancer cells with sound or with any other chemical or mechanical force. Here’s how:

INAPPROPRIATE DNA PRESENCE

When a cell dies from natural causes, a process called apoptosis (cell suicide), the cellular debris is neatly packaged in a membranous capsule, DNA and all, for safe elimination from the body via the lymphatic system and ultimately the bloodstream and appropriate organs of elimination.

On the other hand, when a cell is blasted and destroyed by foreign outside forces, such as sound vibration in this TED presentation, the cellular debris is ejected into the body fluid around the cell, DNA and all, where it is picked up piecemeal by the lymphatic system and dumped into the bloodstream for conveyance to the appropriate organs of elimination.

So, is there a problem with this? Yes there is.

The problem with this is that the DNA of organs and tissues do not belong in the bloodstream and therefore becomes a toxic substance simply by reason of its inappropriate location in the body, and the immune system will attack and destroy it as a toxic threat.

Well, that’s good, isn’t it?

Yes and no. Yes, it’s good that the immune system attacks and destroys misplaced DNA and other cellular debris dumped into the bloodstream by the lymphatic system. No it is NOT good that the immune system attacks any part of SELF, and DNA is very much a part of SELF. 

IMMUNOTHERAPY

There is some promising cancer research being done and used in the area of what is being labeled “Immunotherapy” which somehow elicits an anti-tumor immune response in the body by turning on the T-cells to search and destroy cancer cell without the toxic side effects of chemotherapy. MD Anderson Cancer Center in Houston is pioneering this new technology. When I first read about it three years ago they were able to turn on the T-cells but had not yet found a way to turn them off, which could lead to autoimmune conditions. I note that Immunotherapy is now out and being used against some cancers in humans, so I trust they have resolved this problem. I have not yet learned how the destroyed cancer cells are safely eliminated from the body. 

A.I.D.S.

Auto-Immune Disease Syndrome is a condition where the immune system of the body attacks SELF — that is, any part of the its host body that belongs to that body.  For example, if the cancer cell is a thyroid cell — remember, cancer is the proliferation of normal cells out of the control of the body — it contains the DNA of the thyroid cell. When the immune system attacks this thyroid DNA in the bloodstream, it may well turn on the thyroid gland itself and begin attacking the DNA in the cells of the gland. This is the underlying cause of Hashimoto. The same holds true for every organ, gland and tissue in the body where cancer is attacked from outside the body.  The cellular debris is not properly encapsulated for safe and secure elimination and the immune system may well turn on that organ, gland or tissue having identified its DNA as a toxin in the bloodstream.  The patient is made vulnerable to the development of an autoimmune condition. 

ECHINACEA & IMMUNE SYSTEM MODULATION

There is a protective measure available, and it’s Echinacea. Echinacea is an herb that helps modulate, or balance, the immune system. When the immune system is hypo (under-active), the body is vulnerable to infectious diseases caused by the invasion of pathogens, such as strep and staph bacteria and viruses. When the immune system is hyper (overly aggressive), then the body is susceptible to an autoimmune conditions, such as Hashimoto, Rheumatoid arthritis, Lupus and Celiac disease, just to name a few. It is smart prevention to take Echinacea on a daily basis. There’s been a misunderstanding about this herb in that it has been wrongfully touted as a booster or stimulant to the immune system. It is that, but only if the immune system is hypo-active. Echinacea is not only an immune system booster but a calming herb for the immune system. This is why it can be taken daily to keep the immune system balanced and ready to meet whatever condition threatens the integrity and wellbeing of the body.

ENERGY HEALING

Now a few words about “Energy Healing,” which is totally different from “Energy Medicine.” We must understand that only the life of the body heals the body, and that healing comes from within and not from without. Sound doesn’t heal. Only Life heals, specifically that aspect of Life we call Love, the cohesive power that holds the Universe together.  Sound, especially pure tones and harmonic sound, may be used to soothe a troubled heart and condition the body to receive healing from within.  It can be used to provide a vibrational carrier wave for the healing power of Love and for moving healing energy through the whole person, body-mind, heart and spirit. I use sound in my healing and attunement service in this manner.

ATTUNEMENT

Attunement is a vibrational healing art that works with the energy-management systems of the Endocrine Glands and the Chakras in balancing and harmonizing them. The Attunement Current, as it is called in this field of the sacred healing arts, is the healing and transforming current of Love. Inherent in the Attunement Current are all of the many and various frequencies to be found in the body. There are seven primary tonal frequencies, just as in music and in the light spectrum.

Also inherent in Life is the Intelligence that knows how and when to apply these frequencies in the body. This is not so with sound that is applied to the body for healing purposes. The tonal frequencies of Love are applied in the body by way of light photons, and it is the Force of Love that transports Light.

LIGHT IS ALIVE

Here is something of a description of how this works that I found while re-reading David Wilcock’s thoroughly researched and profoundly written book THE SYNCHRONICITY KEY. 

In his research into the underlying causes of cancer, Dr. Fritz-Albert Popp discovered back in 1970 that DNA stores photons, and later discovered that all different forms of life were absorbing photons into their DNA. “The photons,” he found, “seemed to be intelligently directed–as if they knew where they were going and were being guided from one organism to the other.”

Wilcock continues:

Furthermore, when Popp broke open a DNA molecule with a chemical known as ethidium bromide, a flood of about a thousand photons surged out. This suggests that each DNA molecule is like a miniature fiber-optic cable. Photons zing back and forth inside the DNA at light speed until they need to be used by the body. Popp also found that these photons were intimately related to our level of physical health. In areas of the body that were weakened or diseased, the amount of light stored in our DNA was significantly lower–or could almost be entirely absent . . . and that as we go through stress, our DNA sheds more and more of its light and quickly grows darker. . . .  When healing needs to occur, our DNA apparently releases photons so the light can go make the repairs that are needed.

Another great pioneer in this category is Dr. Glen Rein a biochemist who graduated from the University of London. Rein found that we can control how much light is being stored in someone else’s DNA. Loving, nurturing thoughts create a healing response, increasing the number of photons in the DNA, whereas sudden anger and aggression pulled the light right out of the molecule. In this case, the DNA was from an entirely different person’s body, in a tissue sample from a human placenta. Additionally, Dr. Rein’s participants could consciously control whether or not they were healing the DNA. When they intended to heal the DNA in the placenta, it worked; but if they just focused on being loving and did not direct their minds toward the DNA, the number of photons inside it remained unchanged.

Wilcock draws a profound conclusion:

If we reimagine the universe as a single, vast, living being, then all aspects of the universe are alive. The universe is now built to make biological life–on the quantum level. Light, therefore, would be alive in its own right. 

In this model of a living universe, which I prefer to describe as the cloak of the Living God, love is both the creator of biological life forms and the power that transports the substance of light between organisms–within the body and between bodies, distance notwithstanding. With our very thoughts of someone far away we create a vibrational channel through which love moves light to offer healing to another–and to our world.

This, to me, is the magic of the Attunement Current, in which all tonal frequencies used in creating and healing biological forms are contained and intelligently guided. These frequencies are the tones, overtones and undertones of Sacred Sound. Making them audible is a profoundly transformative experience. 

In this Holy Season of Christmas, we have the blessed opportunity again to share the Light of Love with one another, through our carols, cards and gifts. In that light, I pray the blessings of the One whose birth we celebrate this time of year find a peaceful place in our hearts to rest. And may the New Year bring you unexpected joy and surprising adventures.

Pineal Attunement with Quartz Crystal Singing Bowls

My F sharp eight-inch quartz crystal bowl arrived a few days ago and its tone is exquisite – so fine and pure.  The high frequency vibration intensifies the energy field around the pineal gland.  I can feel it throbbing in the center of my brain.  Played with my C sharp Tibetan bowl, together they create a perfect fifth harmony (do – sol). Then, when I add the deeper tone of my 16″ A sharp quartz crystal bowl, the triad harmony (F# do,  A# mi,  C# sol) is healing and heavenly.  Click this link to listen to the tones on Facebook.  See where the tones resonate in your body.  I venture to say that everyone who listens to this tone will feel it resonating in the center of their head.

(Caution: the tones may cause a pressure in your head, so turn down your computer’s volume before playing the clip.  The pressure may simply be an indication that your pineal gland is either closed or crystalized with fluoride. If so, it may well be possible to break up the crystals with this frequency.)

There’s something very magical about quartz crystal bowls.  It is said that their tones resonate the human vocal chords.  I believe it, because my voice wants to sing with them every time I play them.

A more advanced state of hearing occurs when we listen not only with our ears, but with our whole being. As a woman once describing her experience with crystal bowls aptly put it: ‘The sound is amazing, it turns my whole body into an Ear!’

I think that everyone should have a quartz crystal bowl to play and sing with.  We had thirteen bowls to play with during our Attunement with Sacred Sound workshop intensives at Sunrise Ranch in Loveland, Colorado — thanks to a very generous lady who loaned us her bowls. The main theme of the workshop is the use of sound as a carrier wave for the healing current of spirit. I demonstrate in the workshops how one can sing into the bowl their “sad song” to release ill feelings about one’s illness or life circumstance. While singing one’s song, healing currents are released as well over the sound waves, drawn from within the person, even while singing one’s sad song.  Here’s an excerpt from my workshop manual, soon to be published:

TONING TO RESOLVE DISSONANT ENERGY  

Sound is a natural carrier wave for all spirits.  It can be used to release – or resolve – dissonant spirits as well.  The quartz crystal bowl is an excellent tool for this kind of release and resolution.

            Any bowl can be used – preferably the heart chakra F bowl. Or, one may explore and discover one’s own resonant pitch and then purchase a quartz crystal bowl tuned to one’s unique resonant pitch. Having one’s own bowl is an investment in one’s heart health.

            First get in touch with the dissonant feeling inside.  Begin giving it sound, even though it’s but a grunt or a moan.  Then start playing your bowl while grunting or moaning.  Get it all out before you start clarifying your toning in harmony with the bowl.  Once you have found resonance with the bowl, play and sing for a bit having fun with your creation.

            Renown oncologist, Dr. Mitchell L. Gaynor, uses the quartz crystal bowl this way with his cancer patients with remarkable success.  In his captivating and deeply inspiring book, Sounds of Healing – a must-read for practitioners of sound-healing – he writes:

I’m convinced that physical recovery cannot occur unless we acknowledge our constricted nature and boldly strike out beyond their borders to discover our true, unencumbered selves.  

Much like a shaman himself, Dr. Gaynor points to the wisdom of the ancients as a model for modern medicine:

Yet today doctors generally have as little interest in the ancient model of a healing partnership as they do in the notion of using sound, either by itself or with meditation, to create a holistic recovery process that touches mind, body, and soul.  The shamans understood that music, song, and dance are inextricably linked, and all of them require varying degrees of mental and physical flexibility.  I see the interplay and balance required to make music as a reflection of the harmonious interaction of the nervous, endocrine, and immune systems in a healthy body.  Rudolph Steiner, the German educator and philosopher, compared physical illness to an untuned piano.  Imagine, then, the sense of empowerment to be gained from using sound—whether emanations from a singing bowl, your own voice, a flute, drum, or some other musical instrument—to create a tuning device that enables you to be both the healer and the healed.  Shamans have known this for centuries; we may just now be learning the lesson.

Seven Glands for Seven Spirits, Part 5: The Blessings of the Pancreas, page 2

“Bring ye all the tithes into the storehouse, that there may be meat in mine house, and prove me now herewith, saith the LORD of hosts, if I will not open you the windows of heaven, and pour you out a blessing, that there shall not be room enough to receive it.” (Malachi 3:10)       __________________________________________________________

This quote from Malachi above is one of my favorite verses in the Bible. I don’t know why. It just resonates inside. In a certain way it says that when you give your all into what you do, you will realize the greatest blessing in return, which is what I want this post to be about: being the greatest possible blessing to one’s world.

 We’ve been talking about the pancreas  and we’ve seen how this organ-gland provides a twofold blessing to the body’s digestive and energy systems.  In this post I would like to spend some additional time with the spiritual, or vibrational, aspect of the pancreas as a sacred center for the indwelling of the Spirit of Blessing. Here is the fifth verse of my poem “The Seven Spirits of God”

I am the Spirit of Blessing

I uplift the elements of my world through my Creative Process

So they might become part of my body

I provide realization for my world

THE CAPACITY TO KNOW AND EXPRESS SPIRIT

We are not just incarnate in these physical bodies.  They provide us with specific vibrational pathways for the expression of our creative juices and the delivery of our gifts of spirit.

The sacred endocrine center of the pancreas provides us with the capacity for spiritual expression, an experience of Third Plane Being. From this plane, our hearts, empowered by our feeling realm, rise to give us the capacity to discern and express spiritual essences, such as joy, thankfulness, praise, forgiveness and enthusiasm. Here spiritual things are spiritually discerned. This includes the awareness of the presence of spirit, specifically one’s own presence as a spirit being—an angel, in other words. The spiritual substance generated at this sacred site is fine enough to rise up and begin providing a medium for the transmission of the radiant emanations of spirit from Fourth Plane Being, where the One I Am stands in the midst of the “Seven Golden Candlesticks” described by John in the Book of Revelation:

 And being turned, I saw seven golden candlesticks; and in the midst of the seven candlesticks one like unto the Son of man, clothed with a garment down to the foot, and girt about the paps with a golden girdle. His head and his hairs were white like wool, as white as snow; and his eyes were as a flame of fire; And his feet like unto fine brass, as if they burned in a furnace; and his voice as the sound of many waters. And he had in his right hand seven stars; and out of his mouth went a sharp two-edged sword: and His countenance was as the sun shineth in his strength. (Rev. 1: 12-16)

In Sacred Anatomy I go into profound detail correlating this description of the One standing in the midst of the seven golden candlesticks with the seven endocrine glands and the “seven spirits before the throne of God,” which John also saw in his ecstatic vision.  Reading this passage sowed the seed of inspiration that led to my writing this meditative journey through the physical body’s sacred anatomy. 

A SPIRIT OF BLESSING

The pancreas provides us with a window through which we may pour out a spirit of blessing into our worlds by making possible the realization of creative ideas and intentions.  It’s a matter of putting our whole heart and desire into our dreams or intentions with deep feeling and assurance—not that our dreams will be realized but that the are already realized. John describes these spirits as “angels” and the seven seals as “churches,” meaning they are sacred and therefore to be used by the angel for creative purposes.  The spirit of this hormonal center empowers the realizations of creative ideas, just as its enzymes and hormones empower the release of energy from the foods we consume.  The pancreas is a power center very intimately associated with the solar plexus.

These seven glands are seals by virtue of the awful power they have the potential of releasing when opened.  Their chemistry, when released, can bring about blessing or cursing, depending on the quality and nature of the spirit we express through them. The spirit of cursing is the shadow side of the spirit of blessing.  If maintained for a length of time, it has the potential of releasing outbursts of destructive energy, such as anger, into our field of creation, as well as the “plague” of diabetes into our body temple.  Chronic complaint and anger are harsh vibrations that destroy the delicate cells of the pancreas that produce insulin for blood sugar management.  On the other hand, as  we maintain an attitude of gratitude and joy, the Spirit of Blessing can deliver its gift of uplifting energy and health. 

The realization of spiritual seeds sown in love is the gift of the angel of this church.  With realization comes awareness that I am a creator being, an angel incarnate, one with the One standing in the midst. I am the blessing being poured out through my window of heaven into the world. Being still and lifting my heart and mind heavenward, I may come to know that I am an aspect of the One Great Spirit of God, which has need of nothing. Therefore, all things necessary for my presence and service on Earth are provided by my Father in heaven whose unconditional and irresistible love draws into my temple the substance of the Great Mother of Creation to provide “meat in mine house”—flesh and form for all that I shall ever need to live a creative and fruitful life. All that is needed is already present with me now and will manifest as needed . . . in abundance. 

BALANCING SACRED ENERGY

When I contemplate the form and function of the body-temple and all its intricate and interacting parts, knowing that here before me and with me is a manifestation of a heavenly design which is perfect, of the very principles and laws that govern all of Creation, I begin to see, with the eyes of my heart, replicating patterns of both structure and function within and all around me in the natural world.

A beautiful example of this type of contemplative visioning can be known studying the manner in which energy is held in a state of balance by various mechanisms of checks and balances for efficient and effective creativity. In my last post we considered the balancing of energy harvested from the foods we take into our bodies, a function of hormones secreted by the islets of Langerhans in the pancreas.  We saw how there are at least three types of these islet cells. Beta cells, the most common type, produce insulin to regulate blood glucose. Alpha cells produce an opposing hormone, glucagon, which releases glucose from the liver and fatty acids from fat tissue; these favor insulin-release and inhibit glucagon secretion. Delta cells produce somatostatin, which inhibits insulin and glucagon secretion. Then there are small numbers of F cells which  secrete a pancreatic polypeptide, which slows down nutrient absorption.  So we can see there are a number of chemicals and hormones produced in the pancreas that check and balance one another.

MASCULINE AND FEMININE ENERGIES

All energies, of course, originate in the One Source and are initially divided into the duality of the masculine and feminine, possessing positive and negative charges. They all start out as one radiant current of love.  They then divide into two sacred forces that are designed to work together creatively so long as they are balanced.

The balancing of sacred energy, both in the individual body and in the collective body of mankind, is accomplished by bringing the masculine and feminine energies into a place of accord where they work together in a spirit of love and cooperation. The feminine energy of the heart realm brings a nurturing sweetness into the mix, along with intuitive insight and deep feeling and passion for empowering the creative process. The masculine energy is more mental and brings such elements as logic and reason, along with mental calmness for clear and positive thought and action.

Imbalance occurs when either one of them becomes overly dominant and controlling. For example, should the masculine seek to dominate and control the feminine, she is shut down and withdraws her sweetness and empowerment.  Or should the feminine energy be in reactive turmoil over external events, her empowering energies are dissipated outward, leaving nothing with which the masculine energy can blend, or partner and dance, in co-creative ventures. The energy level quickly drops in a relationship. It drops in the individual, as well, and in the collective body of mankind, by reason of the same dynamics at work between the masculine and the feminine energies.  

This happens when we suppress our feelings and allow our goal-driven minds to control our expression and action, never minding important feedback our gut feelings may be giving us.  It happens when our feelings are upset and cloud our thinking and vision. It happens when the achieving spirit of competition allows no room for the heart to explore its intuitive sensing that arises from simply being present and available to the impulse of spirit and pure spontaneity.  It happens when the feminine uses her seductive wiles to lure the masculine away from his mission and purpose, but only if he can be so seduced. It happens in patriarchal systems of above-down government based in fear that substitute governance by love from within in a more natural system of partnership and co-creation.   

As these two sacred energies are brought together in a state of balance and harmony, a beautiful song of blessing is poured out of heaven into the world.

Musical Hormone Chemistry

Our bodies are musical instruments . . . literally.  Oh, we can’t hear the music they play.  That would be weird and fun at the same time.  But the body expresses its music through function, healthy function being harmonious music and dysfunction dissonant noise.  Where there’s illness and noisy dissonance, harmonious sound and music can help bring harmony back to the functions of the body’s ill parts.  

Over the years, working with the endocrine glands in attunement and balancing their energy fields with those of the chakras, I’ve been able to chart their musical pitches.  Initially, I worked only with the seven endocrine glands.  I would “hear” the pitches with my inner ear and “feel” the urge to sound them in my vocal apparatus.  For example, as I would hold a contact over the Pineal gland atop the cranium, I would feel the urge to sound a tone, thereby making the inaudible tone audible. 

That tone, during those early years in the 1970’s, was invariably an F natural pitch.  Interestingly enough, the pitch changed toward the latter part of the 80’s to an F sharp (F#), half a pitch higher.  I attributed that change to a shift to a higher frequency occurring globally as our solar system moves into a higher intensity energy field permeating the Milky Way Galaxy (see my other blog, healingtones.org).  The Pineal gland was being renewed as it opened to the vibration of Love.  I noticed this shift in the Pineal pitch particularly strong in individuals who were moving in a spiritual path toward personal transformation.  

 Later on, as I began to include the seven chakras in my attunement work, the musical pitches generally associated with them were not the same as those I had assigned to the endocrine glands.  For example, the pitch B natural was commonly assigned to the Crown Chakra in most of the literature. That puzzled me for quite a few years, until one evening, while pondering this discrepancy in preparation for a workshop I was going to conduct in California at an Attunement Guild Gathering, the resolution popped into my head.  Their pitches are not supposed to be the same.  Rather they form the harmonious duet of a perfect fifth: Do . . . Sol, an interval I’ve always called “the healing fifth” for some reason, a reason I was soon to discover.  

For example, the pitches B and F# make up a perfect fifth. They are in perfect harmony with one another.  “Of course!” I exclaimed. “They are singing along in perfect harmony.”  Well, ideally so, and here’s where my life’s work began to open out before me: balancing these two sacred energy systems to bring them into a state of harmony using attunement with sacred sound.  Here’s when my attunement work began to go deeper and to take on a quality of magic. I’ve been using this healing fifth in my attunement work ever since knowing that harmonizing the endocrine glands with the Chakras brings these two sacred energy systems together in perfect harmony and healing to the body temple.  Heal the energy and you heal the body, a facilitating function of the “healing fifth.”

CYMATICS: THE SHAPING OF MATTER WITH SOUND

There’s a link to a website circulating on Face Book where one can find geometrical pictures of cymatic mandalas of the 12 notes in the musical octave. TUNING OUR HARPS

I’m very glad to see that Evan Grant and others are exploring and expanding interest in this fascinating field of cymatics.

Now, to the heart of my work with what I call “Attunement with Sacred Sound.”  It’s really quite simple.  There are seven sacred energy centers in and around the body and there are seven notes in the octave of music, eight with the octave.  I simply assigned one of these notes to each energy center, starting with F# at the top for the Pineal gland, the 7th level.  

7. Now, as I said earlier, F# is the fifth harmonic of the B Major chord (B, D#, F#), D# being the third harmonic.

6. Coming down to the next endocrine center, the Pituitary gland, and the Brow Chakra at the 6th level, and to A natural, the next note below B natural, we have the A Major chord (A, C#, E).

 5. Coming down to the 5th level of the Thyroid gland and the Throat Chakra, again working backwards down the scale, we have the G Major chord (G, B, D).  

4, At the 4th level of the Thymus gland and Heart Chakra, we have the F Major chord (F, A, C).  

3. At the 3rd level of the Pancreas and Solar Plexus, we have the E Major chord (E, G#, B).

2. At the 2nd level of the Adrenal glands, Naval Plexus and Root Chakra, we have the D Major chord (D, F#, A).

1. Finally, at the 1st level of the Gonads and the Sacral Plexus, we have the C Major chord (C, E, G).

Now, the third harmonic—mi in the musical scale of do-re-mi-fa-sol-la-ti-do— represents the physical body sandwiched in between and embraced by these two sacred energy systems, and “played” by them, if you will, like strings on a violin or harp.  Well, actually, it’s the incarnate angel who is playing his or her harp, and the music is the expression of life through the human capacity, which is supposed to be heavenly music. Only the instrument gets out of tune and so the music begins to sound off key and sour.   Here’s where attunement with harmonious sound—or attunement alone without sound—comes in useful: to tune our harps to the harmonious music of Love’s sweet strains. 

SOUND AS A CARRIER WAVE FOR SPIRIT

I use sound in my attunement work to create a carrier wave for the healing current that has its origin in Spirit. I’ve found quartz crystal bowls to be the most natural sound-producing tools to use with energy work.  They produce a sound wave that resonates naturally in the chords of the human voice.  I have a few quartz bowls and also several Tibetan bowls and tuning forks which I use to generate pure sounds.  I also use a couple of music CD’s.  

One particular CD that I find quite useful is Chords Of The Cosmos by Deborah Van Dyke in the Vancouver area (Sound Current Music, 602-222-0060.  Order on the web at http://www.soundcurrent.net).  She has recorded 12 five-minute tracks playing “Harmonies of the Zodiac with Crystal Bowls.”  I use eight of these tracks during a 45-minute attunement session. I simply ripped and burned them onto another disc.  

The first track is the Libra track for balancing the body’s flow of energy at the crossover point in the upper cervical spine just below the cranium. It’s the F# Major chord (F# A# C#).  I repeat this track at the end, so there are 9 tracks altogether, seven for the seven sacred energy sites and this one at the beginning of the session for balancing and repeated at the end of the attunement, again for balancing and to assist in lifting the energy upward in the ascending current.  The harmonies of the F# chord tend to ascend toward heaven and before the throne of God in the body temple, the Pineal. 

The seven tracks between these two tracks are in the descending order of the chakras and endocrine glands. They are listed on the CD as “Harmonies of the Zodiac:” 

7. Pisces (B D# F#) for Pineal and Crown, 

6. Capricorn (A C# E) for Pituitary and Brow, 

5. Scorpio (G B D) for Thyroid and Throat, 

4. Virgo (F A C) for Thymus and Heart, 

3. Leo (E G# B) for Pancreas and Solar Plexus, 

2. Gemini (D F# A) for Adrenals, Naval Plexus and Root Chakra

1. Aries (C E G) for Gonads and Sacral Plexus.

You can order it online at http://www.healingsounds.com or by telephone (303) 443-8181.  This is an hour-long recording of OM toned to a C Major drone interspersed with high frequency overtone harmonics that provide an excellent musical carrier wave for moving healing energy.  His Divine Name  CD is also an hour-long mantra chant of the Hebrew name of God, Yaweh, toned to a D Major drone with ascending overtone harmonics.  Quite profound.  These last two CD’s are great for meditation. 

MUSICAL HORMONAL CHEMISTRY

When we consider that the endocrine glands produce crystals of hormones that carry information to all the cells in the body temple, it’s easy to understand how music, as well as light, play important roles in the missions of these hormonal “emissaries of light.”  Not only is their chemistry produced by vibrations, these hormonal crystals carry “healing tones” to the  body cells directing them in their highly coordinated community activities.  The score of this music is the living manifestation of love in action.  Each hormone is designed to convey a unique tone and color frequency.  Altogether they “perform” a grand symphony of musical tones, overtones and undertones.  The result ideally is health and vitality for the body temple, and graceful, balanced movement for the angel incarnate.

Where the problem arises in human experience that produces dis-harmony and disease is when the human ego takes the harp out of the hands of the angel and starts playing its own “music,” which is not always heavenly.  The harp soon looses its tuning.  We may seek help in tuning up our harps, but ultimately it’s the music that I play on my own harp that keeps it in tune — or causes it to lose its tone.  As angels, we are innately capable of playing beautiful music on our  harps, and thereby keep them tuned to the sweet music of love.
